Selection and Assessment
We are deeply involved in Selection and Assessment for several major companies. Some of them utilise our methods with regard to officers only, while others assess the entire crew.
For some companies, our maritime psychologists assess all applicants for employment as officers. In such cases we develop, in cooperation with our principal, a company-specific profile which the tested person must meet to qualify for further consideration of employment.
The Shipping company’s own personnel can be provided with, and trained in using, a selection tool called Masterline Marine. This psychological assessment method, especially developed for the Maritime Industry, greatly improves and strengthens most modern companies standards of recruitment.
